This fancier than normal popcorn is a snack that pairs nicely alongside your favorite edge of your seat thriller (book OR movie).
- 4 cups air popped popcorn (or microwaveable bag popcorn)
- 2 tablespoons ghee or butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon parmesan cheese, finely grated
- ½ teaspoon truffle salt
- 1-2 teaspoons fresh chives, finely chopped
Cook popcorn in air popper or on stove top with oil. Toss w/ melted butter, salt, fresh chives, parmesan and truffle salt. Serve warm.
Note: You can also use plain microwave bag popcorn and mix in all the ingredients right out of the microwave (if popcorn already has salt, just decrease amount of truffle salt you add or use a few drops of truffle oil instead.)
