jump for joy its spring break

Slice of Life is a regular update on the latest in my life. This is where I write about my books, movies, tv, food, fashion, family or whatever subjects are on my mind that week. It’s just a little glimpse of my slice. (“But what about the great deals on books?!” Keep on scrolling.)

  • The Corona Virus has everyone pretty much freaked out and the country is facing a hand sanitizer and face mask shortage. Washing hands right now seems to be our only defense so let’s do it right.
  • Do you know this year’s fashion color of the year? It’s classic blue.
  • The first official day of our Spring Break is TODAY and we have some fun activities planned for the week. They include: at least one trip to the Perot Museum of Nature and Science, our inaugural trip to our neighborhood snow cone stand AND spending a few days at our East Texas Farm.
  • In celebration of Spring Break, I am doing a Giveaway on my Instagram page! Be sure to enter to win a free $25 Amazon gift card plus handheld milk frother (closes Wed, March 11th at 5 pm CST)!
